Not exactly waking up but when you do think and remind yourself on how lucky you are to have what you have no matter what you need to accomplish, no matter what you need to do.
By breathing and smiling before you get out of bed and actually making yourself happier throughout the day also creates the least amount of problems during the day.
Meditating on waking up and turning your mind's attention to positive thoughts from the beginning of the day creates a positive outlook on life in general and creates a better day for you and everyone around you.
