You start feelong drowsy after dinner after a long day you read a book or watch some tv.
Then go to bed all snug and gently drift off to sleep.

Keep in mind those tasks that you put off will only mount up and cause more stress.
If you tjink you need do get your tasks done at least start doing them no matter how daunting it may seem in your mind.
You might even find it is not going to take as long as ypur mind is thinking it might an wilk all be over in no time at all and your stress level drops.
