Always have quality me time no matter how busy you may be by finding a place to escape, don't waste it on the mundane tasks, use it for you and you alone.

Even just 5 minutes can make a difference in your everyday life and reducing your stress levels, even if you have to do it in the middle of the night to accomplish this it is worth the time alone.
