Repetitive thought is one way to make life changes with out to much effort, focusing on what you want to achieve is not that hard, convincing your doubt is.
Meditating on this is as simple as repeating the thought you wish and slowly de-solving any doubts you may have about the situation you want to change, following a repetitive phrase in meditation to change your situation is all about reminding your self over and over again.
Once you meditate on what your repetitive teaching to yourself is do it everyday all day and until you have brainwashed your self in to believing the changes and continuing to do so until you have achieved a pattern and your mind will be free of any restraints or doubts you may have previously had.
