Making Fun Time

You have all heard the saying, "All work and no play makes jack a dull boy" well it does right but what if your doing something you love and you make an income from it?

Great idea, but wait we can not all jump around on a trampoline all day long can we, we still need to take time off to recharge our minds and bodies are not built to last exhaustive hours on just one thing.

Go play even if it is just for a few minutes or an hour or a whole week if you get time off, get out and do what you love while the weathers warm. As I looks outside it's about to cool down a lot here. :(

Going to go enjoy the bit of sun for a few days. :) Only a little time to go.

But what if we just keep on walking what will happen then, who knows if you do just walk right on through the wall of fear just keep pushing till you make it.

Leap Of Faith

A leap of faith is something you do blindly but your instincts are saying go for it and your mind is thinking about all of the what if's.

So what if it is wrong for you it might be right for you also, this writing is not about if you should or shouldn't take the leap but to choose whether you want to live life or just watch it pass by doing the mundane of each day.

Following your instincts can be hairy at times but if it is not dangerous to you or a just simple choice why not just give it a go, you will love it.

Sometimes you may find better ideas to make it so much better to find inspiration in your work, maybe even try it even when the project is going smoothly you never know you what you may find and save time later on in the project.

You come first in all circumstances contrary to what people may like you to think, the ones you live are second and then everybody else. I am also not saying not save some baby from a fire to save yourself.

You are to look after yourself with the utmost importance then you can continue with sharing your love with others, this requires a lot less stress o one's mind and body.

Best Friends

Having a best friend being a pet or a person is an inspiration in it's self you can deal with all your issues with just a hug and coffee or tea the power of this connect between living beings is unbelievable.

And by unbelievable I mean this by saying it is amazing how simple just a hug from your cat or dog guinea pig or squirrel or your girlfriend, husband or your closet friend can bring you more peace than anything. (PS. don't give your pet coffee ;) )

A little chit chat and a reasonable amount of positive feedback is great and if you have this in someone why not pay it forward today give someone some inspiration to achieve there goals or just get through the day or week.

Media inspiration

Music and Tv shows can give you the inspiration you may need by associating your character with the persona on tv or the lyrics in a song.

Finding meaning in others words and belief's is a great inspiration for example Dr Who with his believe that non violence is the answer unless there is no alternative, the question is how far do you let them go, this one is up to you.

Decision is an inspirational motivator learning off others is also inspirational making a decision based on a character you admire their thought process is priceless motivational.

Friends and Family

Placing friends and family first bring a positive inspirational peace into your life, if your lucky enough to have a close family or a social family you can use this as a tool for inspiration.

Even if they critical use this in your favour and change your view point for a minute and attempt to see through there eyes and maybe even try it maybe just maybe it is a message that you need to follow.

Some family member are supportive and others are bad critics but use there insight if you want to call it that, for your benefit to see your future, sometimes the supportive are the ones who maybe thinking stop and the critical ones are just looking out for your best interests.

But who knows right from wrong, only you and experimentation.

Allowing your positivity

To Inspire the mind your mind must be be able to be an optimist always expecting the best outcome for every situation and find the most suitable solution you could possible find.

Discovering ones positive gene is about practise and repetitiveness that can stem from believes which in yourself must change and be heard by the inner self or the sub conscious to achieve your goal.

Being inspirational is not an instantaneous solution but a process that must be worked at to achieve either through meditation or through other sources such as psychology or just plain hard work all solutions are viable and will work in your favour and will reward your efforts.

Distractions Good or Bad?

Distractions are a great way to meditate though not actually a meditation in the sense of sitting still and following your breath, a distraction can bring peace to your mind.

Like playing games or watching movie's, not all distractions a good or bad they are yours to disappear into another world to relieve stresses of daily life.

You should though enjoy these distractions and not be distracted by something that is not enjoyable, what is the point right? 

Waking up positive

Not exactly waking up but when you do think and remind yourself on how lucky you are to have what you have no matter what you need to accomplish, no matter what you need to do.

By breathing and smiling before you get out of bed and actually making yourself happier throughout the day also creates the least amount of problems during the day.

Meditating on waking up and turning your mind's attention to positive thoughts from the beginning of the day creates a positive outlook on life in general and creates a better day for you and everyone around you.

Enjoy your day's on this planet that actually supports life. ;)

Drawing Attention

Drawing attention to what's in your mind can be a hard a task at best, deciphering may be even harder if you don't have the time or money to see a specialist as in a psychologist or such where do you go?

Pen and paper is the next best thing and by drawing attention I mean drawing, can't draw? Doesn't matter it's all about externalizing your thoughts outwardly and we can all do this to some extent and through meditation we can focus on our minds eye and externalizing it is some creativity.

Sit with you eyes closed and focus on what is on your mind and draw it, here quality does not matter but do it. Open your eyes put some finishing touches on it and the stare at the image drawn and focus on the whole picture.

Enjoy your lovely art work and admire it because it is yours.

Inspiring yourself via Repetitive thought.

Repetitive thought is one way to make life changes with out to much effort, focusing on what you want to achieve is not that hard, convincing your doubt is.

Meditating on this is as simple as repeating the thought you wish and slowly de-solving any doubts you may have about the situation you want to change, following a repetitive phrase in meditation to change your situation is all about reminding your self over and over again.

Once you meditate on what your repetitive teaching to yourself is do it everyday all day and until you have brainwashed your self in to believing the changes and continuing to do so until you have achieved a pattern and your mind will be free of any restraints or doubts you may have previously had.
