Well a lot of people think meditation is about clearing the mind and it is to some point, thought meditation helps you dissolve your issues and rectify and outstanding inner turmoil.

Solving your problem with thought and logical thinking is a wise persons choice of meditation, it can bring you solutions that you have never even come close to thinking while consciously thinking.

Getting into the deep dark or bright recesses of the mind can bring you solutions to the toughest issues you face in your day to day living being, success is only a thought away.
